There are plenty of stipulations, don't get me wrong - - - the foreclosures have to be on FHA-insured loan properties (HUD properties) and have to be in revitalization areas, but that covers much of E. Riverside Drive and other areas of East Austin. Quite a chunk of North Austin as well. Email me if you'd like some more information and maps of the eligible areas.
